This page covers the structures.lv website and email you send to us. In short: the site sets no cookies, runs no analytics and loads nothing from other companies. If you email us, your message is used only to reply.

Visiting this website

The site uses no cookies, no local storage, no analytics, and no fonts, scripts or images from other companies. It is hosted on Microsoft Azure Static Web Apps. Like any web server, Microsoft processes your IP address, the page requested, the time and your browser's user-agent to deliver the page and protect the service from abuse, acting as our processor. We do not use this to identify or profile visitors. Legal basis: legitimate interest in running a secure website (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Emailing us

When you write to us, we receive your email address, your name if you include it, and your message. We use them only to answer you and deal with anything that follows. Legal basis: steps you asked for or a contract with you (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR), otherwise legitimate interest in answering correspondence (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). We keep emails as long as needed for the enquiry, and longer only where Latvian accounting or tax law requires it.

Who else sees it

We do not sell or share personal data for marketing. It is seen only by the providers that run this website and our email, on our instructions, and by authorities where the law requires. Where a provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, the transfer is covered by an adequacy decision or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of your data, to correct or delete it, to restrict or object to its use, or to receive it in a portable format. Email info@structures.lv; we reply within one month. You can also complain to the Data State Inspectorate of Latvia (Datu valsts inspekcija) or to the supervisory authority where you live.
